Changwang Noodle is a famous snack in Guiyang city. It originated in the late Qing Dynasty. Its main ingredients are pork intestines, blood curd and egg noodles, supplemented by oil residue, green bean sprouts, tofu, chopped green onion, mashed garlic, ginger, monosodium glutamate, pepper, soup-stock and chili oil. The oil residue tastes crispy, the soup tastes delicious, and the aftertaste is impressive.
