The plan also calls for the core role of innovation to be highlighted. The district will implement big data strategic actions to promote digital industrialization and industrial digitization. It will accelerate the construction of the Guiyang software base and digital content industry base projects, as well as accelerate the introduction and cultivation of leading big data enterprises.

The district will apply a series of policies to encourage the resumption of work and production, continuously improve financial services in the real economy, and continue to optimize the business environment.

In addition, it will strengthen supervision, tackling crucial and challenging problems in economic operation.
