Official delegation from Baiyun attracts investment in Guangdong

A delegation from Baiyun district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, visited Shenzhen and Dongguan in South China's Guangdong province on April 14-15 to survey companies and attract investment.

The group was led by Song Xusheng, Party secretary of the district committee. Officials from related departments also participated in the visits.

Tongcheng Daojia, based in Shenzhen, is a large-scale modern logistics enterprise and applies the model of "smart logistics management system + freight car rental". The delegation visited the company and held a discussion with company representatives. Song said that he hopes the company will invest in Baiyun district.

The delegation also visited Dongguan Zhongying New Energy Technology Co Ltd, a polymer lithium-ion battery R&D and production project, and held a meeting with company officials.

Company representatives expressed their intention to deploy their business to West China. Song gave a brief overview of Baiyun's current status and its industrial development trends, specifically the district's new energy development prospects and smart manufacturing industries. He also welcomed the enterprise to establish factories in Baiyun.

While visiting the companies, Song introduced Baiyun and promoted investment in the district. He also urged related departments to strengthen communication with companies and offer services to promote the settlement of projects.

He stressed the optimization of the business environment and cultivation of a team of investment-attraction professionals to recruit high-quality projects.
