Baiyun holds elite talent forum for enterprises

A high-end talent forum for enterprises, part of the entrepreneur talent salon, was held on April 22 at the talent town in Baiyun district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

This event was hosted by the federation of industry and commerce of Baiyun district and the talent office of the district committee.

Cai Jiabin, director of the Department of Electronic Engineering of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Guizhou University, delivered a speech on using "informatization to boost high-quality industrial development" at the forum. He shared viewpoints on how to introduce and use the intellectual resources of colleges and universities to serve enterprises in the district and promote local economic growth.

Representatives from enterprises also exchanged views on how to attract and gather talents.

At the forum, Guizhou Rongyue Management Co Ltd, the School of Mechanical Engineering of Guizhou University and the Department of Academics and Research of Guizhou Institute of Technology signed a cooperation agreement to build a demonstration base for production, study and research.

In the future, Baiyun district will promote the attraction and cultivation of talents to power high-quality economic and social development.
