Baiyun offers 7x24-hour government affairs services

The government affairs service center of Baiyun district in Guiyang, the capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, is now offering 7x24-hour services to offer greater convenience for residents.

The 7x24-hour service station, located to the left of the government service hall's main entrance, offers round-the-clock service for those handling business.

It is equipped with a smart government affairs self-service terminal, a self-service printer for business licenses, invoice machinery, a smart filing cabinet, a smart book-lending machine and more. Detailed instructions are printed on each smart machine, allowing people to handle affairs quickly and easily.

Going forward, the center will optimize its service facilities and apply technologies such as facial recognition, big data, mobile terminals and self-service machines. The goal is to streamline handling procedures and improve efficiency, according to officials.
