Various departments at the government service hall in the district – including the tax, social security, and marriage registration departments – are now offering extended services.
It is understood that they continue to work after closing time until all current matters are handled, to help people out.
From January to May this year, the windows at the service hall offered 556 services and all matters were handled within the day.
