Traveling, dining tips for tourists in Baiyun

The whole loop line of the Guiyang Urban Express will soon open to traffic, making commuting and travelling among districts and county-level cities more convenient in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Baiyun district, located on the loop line, boasts attractive scenery, nice restaurants and delicious snack shops.

Guiyang Joy World has many entertainment options on offer, including a hanging roller coaster, flying boat surfing, a pirate ship, sky jumping, a ferris wheel, a double-decker luxury carousel and a 4D cinema, making it suitable for families.

Changpoling National Forest Park

Changpoling National Forest Park has a forest coverage rate of 82.96 percent and is known as the "Ecology Museum" of Guiyang. The natural forest lawn is a must-visit, suitable for picnics and photos.

Quanhu Park

Quanhu Park has improved recreation and sightseeing facilities and boasts beautiful lakeside scenery.

Yihe Shilong Eco-Park

Yihe Shilong Eco-Park is a great place to admire cherry blossoms in spring. It has more than 20,000 cherry trees in 20 varieties. It has 380 mu (25.33 hectares) of cherry trees, and its cherry flower season lasts from February to mid-April.
