Baiyun delegation seeks business opportunities in Shenzhen

A government delegation led by Tang Yue, the head of the Baiyun district of Guiyang -- capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- paid a visit to two enterprises based in Shenzhen city in South China's Guangdong province from May 31 to June 1, in order to seek business opportunities.

The delegates visited auto producer and manufacturer BYD Co; Ltd and packaging group Shenzhen Wancai Zhizao Packaging Co.

During the visit to BYD, the delegates learned about its development history and its industrial planning, and negotiated with the company on the implementation of a proposed new energy vehicle high-voltage wiring harness project.

BYD has played a significant role in industries related to electronics, automobiles, new energy and rail transit.

On their visit to Shenzhen Wancai Zhizao Packaging Co, the delegates gained a detailed understanding of that company's industrial layout, production and operations, and they expressed the hope that the two parties would do business in the near future.
