As of Sept 20, a total of 44 industrial projects in the Baiyun district of Guiyang -- capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province -- had resumed construction.
Despite the lingering impact of the COVID-19 outbreak in Guiyang recently, Baiyun is making great efforts to help resident enterprises resume production and construction under normalized epidemic prevention and control measures.
Information from the Baiyun district showed that only four projects supervised by the Baiyun bureau of housing and urban-rural development had yet to resume construction and they were expected to restart very soon.
