The Longling Road Station on tram line T2 in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province, was successfully capped on Oct 30, making it the third capped station on the line.

The first phase of tram line T2 is 10.92 kilometers long and has 13 stations in total.

The section in the city's Baiyun district is 5.09 km long and has six stations. The Baiyun section travels along Shubo Avenue, Tianyuan Road, Lyuxing Road and Kechuang South Road.

Longling Road Station is located in the central green belt about 240 meters north of the intersection of Yunbo Road and Fenglin Road on Shubo Avenue, with a total length of 32 meters. It is an elevated three-story station.

Longling Road Station began working to relieve traffic on March 23 this year. After seven months of pipeline relocation, as well as the construction of piles, caps, piers and cover beams, the capping was successfully completed on October 30.
