Baiyun district in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has succeeded in its efforts to build 15-minute circles and renovate old communities.
In 2022, Baiyun started building two 15-minute living circles covering a total of 5.41 square kilometers in its jurisdiction.
Within the circles, residents have access to the Baiyun branch of the Guizhou Medical University, Baiyun District Experimental Middle School, Zhongba Farmer's Market and Gongjiazhai Comprehensive Culture Service Center.

In the district's Wenming residential community and the Gongbei area, renovation and upgrading work is 80 percent complete, with around 1,688 households in the areas benefiting from the efforts.
Baiyun district has added 640 parking spaces in Jintang North Street, Baishaguan and Gongbei communities.
The nine community courtyards in the jurisdiction of Baiyun now have 2,522 parking spaces and 355 roadside parking spaces.
